Rovi Corporation (NASDAQ: ROVI) today announced the expansion of Rovi’s
entertainment discovery patent license agreement with Shaw
Communications Inc., a major Canadian cable and satellite service
provider serving 2.6 million video customers across Canada. The deal
expands the scope of usage under Shaw’s existing
long-term license agreement to Rovi’s intellectual property.
