SAN CARLOS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- TiVo Corporation (NASDAQ: TIVO), the global leader in entertainment technology and audience insights, today announced Home Box Office Inc., the premium television programming subsidiary of Time Warner Inc. signed a long-term intellectual property (IP) license. HBO is acquiring a license to the TiVo patent portfolios and the over-the-top assets of the Intellectual Ventures patent portfolio under the TiVo/IV licensing partnership.
