XPERI Announces Settlement and New Patent License Agreement with Samsung

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Xperi Corporation (NASDAQ: XPER) (“Xperi” or the “Company”) today announced that it has reached an agreement with Samsung Electronics, Co., Ltd. (“Samsung”) to settle and dismiss all pending litigation between the companies. In connection with the settlement, the companies have entered into a new patent license agreement.
